The Liberty Research Foundation

The Liberty Research Foundation was established in the wake of the November elections in order to promote discussion of the Article 5 Convention as the only remaining method by which the state legislatures can prevent the federal government from bankrupting America!
The Article 5 Convention allows the states, as those that originally established the federal government, to bypass and reform it. Using this emergency option, our state legislatures   can   bypass   the   federal government in order to ratify a constitutional amendment which would reform federal economic policy and reign in its deficit spending.
In order to get the process started, foundation members Loren Enns, Allen Spry and Reagan Smith are organizing a convention at the University of Central Florida where Florida’s best and brightest will assemble to discuss the financial policies of the federal government, their economic impact on Florida, and to judge whether our government has abused its power.
If so, the convention will call on the Florida legislature to recall the Article 5 Convention in order to ratify the 28th amendment which would require a balanced federal budget, and empower the state legislatures with the right to veto, modify and pass federal legislation.
Please visit the other pages on our site to learn more, take action and donate to assist us in our fight to prevent national bankruptcy. If you would like to become a member of the Liberty Research Foundation, attend the convention or donate offline, please contact us by email.
We hope that you will join us in this noble endeavor as we attempt to save the greatest Republic of all time.
